How do I apply for a provisional driving licence?

You can apply online through the official GOV.UK website. You must be at least 15 years and 9 months old, and you’ll need to provide your identity details and pay a small fee. Your licence usually arrives within a week.

Do I need my theory test to start lessons?

Yes! You can begin practical driving lessons as soon as you receive your provisional licence. In fact, starting early can help you better understand the theory in real-life scenarios

What should I bring to my first driving lesson?

Please bring your provisional driving license (must be valid and in date). Glasses or contact lenses if you need them for driving. Comfortable footwear (avoid heavy boots or heels). We’ll take care of the rest!

When can I start taking driving lessons?

In the UK, you can generally start taking driving lessons when you are 17 years old. However, if you receive the enhanced rate of the mobility component of Personal Independence Payment (PIP), you can start lessons at 16.

What if I'm nervous about driving?

That’s completely normal! Our instructors are patient, friendly, and experienced in helping new drivers feel comfortable. We’ll move at your pace and build your confidence gradually, one step at a time.
